Overview
Village of Velvet is a Match-3 management sim for players who like puzzle mechanics paired with a slow-building romance. The tone stays light and patient, more about steady progress than drama.
Story
A village needs to be built up from nothing, and the work brings the player closer to Lyra. As resources are gathered and the village grows, the relationship between the two develops gradually, with romantic and erotic moments tied to that progress.
Gameplay
The core loop runs on Match-3 puzzles: matching gems produces resources that get poured into building up the village. Progress on the village and progress with Lyra are linked, so puzzle performance doubles as the engine for both construction and story advancement. Decisions made along the way shape how the relationship unfolds.
Features
- Match-3 puzzle mechanics tied directly to village construction
- A single romance thread that deepens as the village grows
- 2D character art built around one central relationship
