Overview

Story
Lily, a college student, wakes up in a strange place called the Prison of Desire. Cut off from everything familiar, she has to make sense of the place and of herself, as it pushes her to face urges she would rather not admit to.
Gameplay
Play centers on moving Lily through the Prison of Desire, dealing with encounters that combine RPG progression with restraint and submission mechanics. Actions and choices shift her "desire level," which changes what areas, captors, and events become reachable. Getting caught or cornered often triggers dedicated scenes rather than simple game-over states, tying failure directly into the game's central theme.

- The desire level 1 escape sequence "XVII: The Star". You can gain access by getting captured in stratum 5 having upgraded to desire level 1 and cleared "XIV. Temperance".
- The desire level 2 variant of the CG event with RINNE. Accessing this requires seeing the previous part of this CG event, and then getting caught during the walk. Doing this requires Lily's arms to be bound. (⚠This content is only available in the paid Patreon/Unifans version)
- New areas in stratum 3, 4, and 5.
- A few small events in stratum 3 and 4, indicated by the marker on the map. There is also one hidden event that can be triggered after completing the side event in stratum 3.
- The Cat Burglar outfit is now available in the overworld. The chest containing the outfit is located in the fifth stratum.
- The Spirit Form (teleport) ability has been moved to its intended location in Stratum 3. If you have already obtained the ability, it will no longer be accessible until re-obtained in this version.

- The finale for the main story quest of the second stratum has been added. Go to the northernmost point of the forest to trigger the event.
- The desire level 2 escape sequence "IV: The Emperor". You can gain access by getting captured in the caves of the second stratum after having upgraded to desire level 2 and cleared "VIII. Strength". (⚠This content is only available in the paid Patreon/Unifans version)
- A new CG event in the Cleanwater Sewers. Accessing this requires being captured by slime enemies. (⚠This content is only available in the paid Patreon/Unifans version)
- A few new areas in stratum 2 related to the main story.
