Overview

The 21 Desires is a visual novel built around blackjack for players who like card games paired with adult content. The tone stays light and teasing rather than heavy.

Story

The setting is an underground casino where every hand carries more than money on the table. Players climb from entry-level tables toward more exclusive ones, with three separate worlds — Straight, Gay, Trans — each offering its own path through the house and its own rewards for those who keep winning.

Gameplay

The core loop is blackjack: play hands, move up through tables, and build a collection of animated cards as rewards. Wins open new tables and content, while losses set you back, so each table becomes a small risk-reward decision before the next one unlocks. Progress is tracked across the three worlds, each with its own tables and pacing.

All animated cards converted from GIF to animated WebP: much smaller download, faster loading, same animations.
Thumbnails in My Collection and Sell Cards are now frozen in the grid: much faster loading and scrolling, even with hundreds of cards. Click any card to see it fully animated.

A brand new way to use your duplicates, next to Sell Cards.
Break down your extra copies into Essence (Common 5 · Rare 15 · Epic 40 · Legendary 100). You always keep one copy of every card.
Spend Essence to get a card you don't own yet: you pick the rarity, the card is drawn among the ones you're missing.
Every transmuted card is guaranteed new, revealed with its own special card back. - Scarlett explains how it works the first time you open it.
The Trans world is now visible on the World Select screen. It's in early access on Patreon and will open for everyone in a future update.
Bigger player and dealer cards.
The game table now auto-fits your screen: hands, result and buttons always visible, from small laptops to big monitors.
Split hands are now shown side by side.
Betting page also adapts to your screen size.
