Pokémon Deranged Edition is a turn-based adult parody adventure for players who want a raunchy spin on a familiar monster-training formula. The tone leans unhinged and playful rather than serious.

Story

Fifteen years after the people of Carnalosia defied Arceus, a strange corrupting madness took hold of the region, turning Gym Badges into both battle credentials and licenses for how far a trainer can go with the people they meet. An eighteen-year-old trainer from Unova sets out to challenge the eight Vanguard Members and the Elite Four, only to get pulled into a deeper conflict involving the masked ones and Team Vice, a gang chasing the source of the region's madness.

Gameplay

Players battle trainers in classic turn-based fashion while building relationships with the women of Carnalosia, choices that can smooth or complicate the road ahead. Earning each Gym Badge opens up a new kind of intimacy to pursue, and extra-dimensional drugs scattered through the region add an unusual twist to standard battle encounters. Multiple save files let players replay the journey and see how different choices change the outcome.
