Overview
Melting Girls is a top-down action RPG for players who like villain power fantasies with a strategy edge. The tone stays confident and a little cruel, never apologetic about the role it hands you.
Story
Magical girls have been winning against your organisation for years, so you bring in a brainwashing device to turn the tide. Instead of killing opponents, you convert them mid-fight, and every grunt, officer, and magical girl you break joins your side for the next battle. Cadres who escape aren't gone for good — you track them to their hideouts and bring them home.
Gameplay
Fights play out in real time from a top-down view, with your squad acting on auto while you position them and fire the brainwashing beam, or take direct control of your commander to aim skills yourself. Progress moves node by node across a district, with each win adding converted fighters to your roster and making later fights easier. Outside combat, you manage captured cadres at your base, choosing outfits and spending time with them.

- New title logo — the second line melts, and lightning strikes now and then.
- More bedroom scenes with elites follow their script start to finish, a few of them on the lab throne. Floor scenes in the hub and on conquered zones now end with climax and afterglow.
- Coats and lab coats hang with gravity, fold on the floor and spread when the legs do.
- Redrawn stages — the maid café, residential streets, downtown, the gym and the Zoca Loco base gate got new floors, furniture and props.
- There is now a way to sneak through the Zoca Loco base gate. Not a perfect one.
- When the enemy moves into one of your hideouts, you can defend it with an idle squad.
- The gallery replays scenes as they were at that point in the story.
- On phones, dialogue scenes zoom in on the characters instead of zooming out.
- Over a hundred lines that still showed in Korean are now translated into English and Japanese, plus many small fixes.

- New zone: the High-Rise District, guarded by Blume Yellow. Six spots, a hideout you fight through room by room, and a little more of the story each time you beat her.
- A third faction, the TrueWhite Cult, fights both Zoca Loco and you on the field. Break three of their squads to reach their church, fight in room by room, and face the Cult Leader in the laboratory — vials of poison, a chant that freezes you in place, summoned believers, a capsule she hides in, and an ultimate at the end.
- Bedroom scenes with rares are now acted out start to finish by the chibis, with several different scenes per origin. Brainwashed people also get intimate with each other on the field and in the hub. Unbrainwashed rares can be found on conquered zones and recruited on the spot.
- Conquer the whole zone to open a new place: the traditional tavern Baekjeong, run by a woman dressed as a gisaeng.
- Also: save data can be copied as a code and moved to another device · five manual skills instead of two · a "Torn clothes" outfit option · the Archive's Story tab is now in story order · lighter zone map battles · less stutter in combat.
