Overview

Busty's Daycare is a 2D adult RPG sandbox for players who like absurd premises played with a straight face. The tone stays light even as it leans into its unusual setup.

Story

Fifty years after a pandemic turned every man into an adult baby, you work as a babysitter looking for a husband among your charges. The game follows your attempts to raise one of these men-turned-infants up to the point where marriage becomes possible.

Gameplay

You spend your days feeding, diapering, and teaching your charges to speak, slowly building them up while managing a sandbox full of other tasks and encounters. Progress ties into a relationship system, where points earned through caretaking and other activities move you closer to winning a husband. Combat encounters and material trading appear alongside the daily caretaking loop, giving the sandbox more than one way to advance.

Continuation of the storyline from the previous patch, including a new battle and the possibility to exchange materials for relationship points.
The new materials are dropped by the Boogeyman’s minions.
Completing the new storyline unlocks a new part of the ending.
Eric now has a 25% chance of pulling an extra prank when you change his diaper.
New character in the park: Claudia the Clown offers a board game of the player’s choice that lets you play with all the boys at once, but each different game is preferred by a specific boy:
Randy likes the first one, Carlos likes the second, and Eric likes the third.
All games require all the boys to be at Advanced Language Level 3; this is a way to encourage players to reach Level 3 with all the boys, thereby compensating for the fact that only Carlos needs to be at Level 3 to advance the plot.
New skill for Naya at level 12 that temporarily increases Cindy’s bust size, use it with caution, as it can be dangerous…
Other minor fixes and improvements, including a small bug related to Eric’s learning and adjustments to how tables behave.
Naya now has her own stats.
New icons.
