Overview

Medschool, Love and Friends is a 3D visual novel for players who enjoy harem stories built around everyday school and hospital routines. The tone stays warm and character-driven rather than dramatic.

Story

You play a medical intern balancing university coursework, hospital duties, and a busy home life. Along the way you meet a wide cast of people with their own personalities and storylines, set in a world that also connects to School, Love & Friends and Big Brother Ultimate.

Gameplay

Day to day, you handle medical consultations, move between different locations, and decide which character's story to follow and in what order. Choices shape how relationships develop, though the game avoids punishing outcomes, letting you steer things at your own pace.

Features

Animated 3DCG scenes throughout
A cast of characters spanning students, staff, and family figures, including milf and voyeurism-themed moments
Shared setting with other Walkius-connected titles for players following the wider story

Changelog

v0.5

By progressing through the main story, Fen, Rudy's younger sister, will finally move into the house. Her arrival will shake up everyone's daily routines and introduce plenty of new slice-of-life events.
On the students' side, Vicky is still eager to witness more "interesting" medical procedures... and she's even willing to come to your house to get what she wants.
Lisa, despite her shy personality, will keep looking for excuses to spend time with you—including relaxing together in the jacuzzi. Meanwhile, her sister Alice will become much more involved in the story... and she'll have a significant impact on your morale.
Your little game with Lea, the sporty influencer, is about to go a bit further... and surprisingly, she doesn't seem to mind at all.
Tisha, the boxing coach, has noticed all the effort you've put into helping the club and decides it's time to reward you with a little outing.
Meanwhile, Rudy is organizing a small party at the house with several art students. It will give you the chance to meet a former patient again... as well as a familiar face from School, Love & Friends.
A new consultation case and a new hospitalization case have been added, giving you the opportunity to get to know Rosita, one of the nurses, a little better.
New characters are now available for the fantasy system.

v0.4

Main Story
You’ll get to meet Fen, Rudy’s younger sister.
You’ll also welcome the junior students properly, with an integration afternoon where new relationships will begin to form.
Lisa
Your relationship continues to grow, with Lisa showing her shy side while still trying to get closer to you in her own way. And of course… her sister is never too far away.
Lea
Your fake relationship with the influencer keeps becoming more and more convincing, as you share increasingly intimate moments together.
Jane
A relationship with the consultation nurse was strictly forbidden… but as always, what’s forbidden tends to be the most tempting.
Hospitalization
A new patient you’ll follow over several days, with a more developed storyline.
I hope you’ll enjoy this update, and more news about SLF will be coming soon.
