Story

Stewie Griffin needs someone to secretly take Chris's place in the Griffin household, and he's the only one who knows the switch happened. Stepping into that role puts the player in daily contact with the women around the family and the city of Quahog, with Stewie steering things from behind the scenes as the arrangement gets more complicated.

Gameplay

Players customize their character's appearance before settling into a day-to-day routine inside the Griffin house and around Quahog. The loop mixes college, work, and free time, with conversations and choices building affinity with the women in the cast. Stewie hands out missions along the way that open up new areas and options as the player manages their schedule and relationships.
