Overview
From Goth to Slut is a visual novel for players who like slow-burn corruption stories with a dark, atmospheric mood. It plays out with a quiet, brooding tone rather than lighthearted romance.
Story
Angie arrives at a gothic university town carrying a scholarship and a past she wants to leave behind. What she finds instead is a secret society, a mysterious professor, and a place that seems to have other plans for her than studying. The choices she makes along the way shape who she becomes, with no single correct path through her story.
Gameplay
Play unfolds as a choice-driven visual novel, where Angie's responses to the people and pressures around her steer her personality and relationships over time. Decisions carry weight across scenes, nudging her toward different versions of herself rather than resetting between chapters. Management elements sit alongside the narrative, giving players a hand in how Angie spends her time and attention as the story moves forward.
Features
- 2D character art paired with AI-assisted CG scenes for a consistent visual style
- A branching personality system where small choices accumulate into larger shifts in Angie's character
- A gothic university setting with a recurring cast tied to a secret society
Changelog
- Angie wakes with questions about the night before and sharing a room with Brooke makes them difficult to ignore. Was it a dream, a memory, or something she is not ready to name yet?
- There is little time to decide. Elliot is waiting in class with a new assignment: write a Poe-style story drawn from personal experience. For Angie, choosing what to put on the page also means choosing which parts of herself she is willing to reveal.
- Brooke has a strange dream of her own. Parker remembers more than he wants to admit. And an autumn fair is coming to town, full of lights, mirrors, and promises that may not be as harmless as they sound.
- Tell me which choices you made, but please keep spoilers out of the public comments.
- If you've been waiting to continue Angie's story, Chapter 2 is now free.
- She's settling into university life, though the rent is doing more damage to her nerves than the ghost stories. An essay on Poe needs her attention, and accepting help means deciding who she wants to spend time with. Then an invitation from the Dark Brotherhood gives her another reason to put the books aside.
- I like that she still has ordinary things to worry about here. A strange night doesn't pay for her room or finish her essay. She has to get up the next morning and deal with both.
- Initial release. Chapter 1 is free.
